Why work with me?

My offer to you is the experience of being guided by someone who understands what it feels like to exist somewhere between norms, values, cultures, and expectations that you can never fulfill. To be partially seen, sometimes as a woman, other times racialised, never queer, ever religious, rarely capable, and always foreign. I have chosen to devote my personal and professional life to understanding the different structures we navigate.

In search of answers, I have worked and lived in over 10 different countries. I have studied laws, norms, cultures, languages, and religions. My most recent exploration being my doctoral thesis entitled ‘A critical investigation of the epistemological, familial, and spiritual invisibility of spiritual black lesbian and bisexual women in the Belgian LGBT rights framework’ which I defend at the end of June to obtain a doctoral degree in Religious Studies.

Belonging to three families, having chosen family and community around the world means I continue to experience a mix of different value systems, customs, and practices. From this privileged place, I continue to carve out spiritual values and practices that embrace all aspects of my dynamic and complex spirit.

Movement and education have been my refuge and an integral part of my meditation and grounding. Even before I understood it as such, I used physical practice as a way to process thoughts and emotions I was unable to articulate. Spirituality to me necessarily embodies all aspects of my being and unifies my mind, body, and spirit.

My offer to you is the best of what I have learned, continue to study and experience. I am inviting you to come as you are and asking you to allow me to join you on this beautiful journey of spiritual discovery. All within the comfort of your own home.

How do we work together?

My services are virtual and accessible to you wherever you are. I am happy to accommodate you in the following languages: English, German, Dutch.

Will I need to invest anything else?

Yes, your time. Other than showing up and being present during our sessions, I encourage you to experiment and feel out your values and practices in your daily life. Processing how you feel and the feedback you receive will be valuable in determining what truly works for you!

What currency do you charge in?

I am happy to offer my services in EUROs (€) or Pounds (£) or Dollars ($). Please contact me for more details.

Do you offer payment plans?

Will my data be used for research purposes?

Our work together is strictly confidential. The value of keeping this space safe and sacred is as important to me as it is to you. Any information I would use for external research purposes (scientific papers, presentations, etc.) would draw on tendencies and general conclusions that could not be traced back to you. Any identifiable and or sensitive information I would deem useful and necessary for external research purposes, would only be used after acquiring your explicit consent and informing you of exactly how that information would be used. This information will also be set out in clear terms in the contract we sign at the beginning of our work together.
